He is a regular speaker at QSE’s Behavioral Safety Now conference, on topics such as “How a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) Process Can Drift Off-Track Over Time and How to Reboot.” Tom is a co-author of Quality, Behavior, and the Bottom Line: The Human Side of Quality Improvement, a book describing how to expand the principles and practices of behavior-based safety to quality.
