Objectives
The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with the skills that they will need to design and implement an employee-driven, Behavioral Safety process.
Participants will:
- Learn to analyze their current safety programs and make recommendations based on the latest behavioral research
- Develop a step-by-step guide for finalizing implementation plans
- Create a “preliminary design” for a comprehensive team-based Behavioral Safety process
Description
This results-oriented seminar is based on the premise that people learn by doing. At the end of the seminar, all participants will have developed a specific, step-by-step action plan for enhancing safety in their organization.
